Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 10 business days of receipt date and are subject to availability of items ordered. You will be notified of any backorders by email as soon as possible. After 30 days of no contact from a customer concerning backorders or problems with an order we will have to cancel the order. PLEASE make sure you provide your correct shipping and billing info when you place an order to prevent delays in processing the order.

Gully Ranch Outdoors utilizes USPS and FedEx for shipping your orders. We use USPS for our P.O. Box addresses, Hawaii, Guam, APO/FPO and Canadian orders.

USPS Express Mail is normally 1-2 business days. USPS Priority Mail is normally 2-3 business days, but delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take as much as 7 business days.

FedEx Ground Shipping to most US states is 1-5 business days, depending on the distance from our store in Southern California. FedEx does not deliver on weekends. At your own risk FedEx will release the box if the recipient is unavailable. You may require a signature for delivery at an additional cost of $2.50. FedEx Ground delivery commitments are 7:00 p.m. for residential and 4:30 p.m. for commercial.

FedEx Next Day is normally 1 business day. FedEx Next Day had Saturday deliveries in certain areas. FedEx will release all shipments without a recipient signature at the address. If a signature is required as proof of delivery (residential only), there will be a nominal fee of $2.00 - $2.50 depending upon which option is chosen. Indirect ($2.00) means any person can sign for the shipment (neighbors, etc. please leave instructions). Direct ($2.50) means any person at that address can sign for the shipment. By electing not to exercise this signature required option, neither Fedex nor Gully Ranch Outdoors will be held liable for any misplaced, stolen or weather damaged shipments. If you have security issues with packages being left on your doorstep we highly recommend a signature delivery.

RUSH ORDERS

Upgrades in delivery service are available, please call us or put your needs in the comment box when you check out in the online store. USPS Priority/Sat. Delivery at $15.00 additional. Priority commitment is before 10:30 a.m., Saturday before 12:00 p.m. Standard Overnight at $9.00 additional with commitment before 3:00 p.m.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer overseas or International orders or shipping at this time except to Canada and FPO and APO addresses. There is a $5.00 shipping surcharge that will added to all Canadian and AOP/FPO addresses to cover special handling.

Any orders made to other overseas addresses will result in an immediate order cancellation and refund. In addition, any order made in the United States and attempted or requested to be shipped overseas will be cancelled and issued a refund. No exceptions apply to this policy at this time.

For orders to Canada we use USPS Global Priority, USPS Air Parcel Post and USPS Parcel post for items over 3 pounds. USPS Global Priority is normally 7 to 10 days, depending on the distance from our store in Southern California. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for USPS Parcel Post delivery. We DO NOT ship Hazardous ORM-D items like aerosol spray and butane cartridges to Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees. We will not mark the customs form to show the item you order is a gift since that is illegal.

BACKORDERS

You will be notified of any backorders by email as soon as possible. Please make sure you have a good email address on file so your order status can be sent to you. We can only hold backorders for 30 days, after that the order will be cancelled. After 30 days of no contact from a customer concerning backorders or problems with an order we will cancel the order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a FedEx tracking number by email when your package ships. For USPS orders you will also receive an email with tracking info. Please make sure you enter a valid email address when you register so that you will receive tracking info.

SALES TAX

We charge the required Texas state sales tax of 8.25% to all orders shipped to residents of Texas.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For returns we ask that you contact Gully Ranch Outdoors within 15 days of placing your order to resolve any problems with shipping or merchandise that you ordered.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number from Gully Ranch Outdoors. All returns sent to us without proper authorization will be returned back to you at your expense.

Merchandise must be in original packaging including all packing materials, accessories and product literature. Please include a copy of your original invoice. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition.

Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions

All return merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid and insured. Items sent COD, freight collect or third party will not be accepted. If sent by US Postal Mail, it must be sent registered return receipt and insured.

All efforts are made to provide customers with accurate photos and descriptions of the products we sell.

The following items cannot be returned at any time: opened game calls, video tapes, bows, crossbows, software titles, custom orders, apparel that has been worn and/or laundered and used treestands or blinds.

Gully Ranch Outdoors reserves the right to refuse refunds outside of the acceptable refund period. If you feel that you have been unfairly treated in the return procedure, please email us by using the Contact Us link.
